Hey…We totally agree! It would be great to be able to do this. However, at the moment, we have not yet taken this path. But maybe something to consider in the future.

At the moment, you can get one online from our facebook site for Taiwan. Otherwise yes, you can control multiple same color tankbots with one remote control.

Please ensure that mute is OFF and that the remote is pointed at the toy (remote long side is perpendicular to the phone screen) and that if you unplug the universal remote the phone makes a sound.
Hello, I received a Charcoal Tankbot for Xmas, but it doesnt seem to like the Code on the bottom of the box. The product code i have is 1890. Is there a different code i should use with the Charcoal model?

If your phone doesn’t make any sound, then the volume is muted. We recommend to unmute the phone and see whether the APP makes a sound.

Battle mode tankbots specify on the packaging they have the battle mode option. Otherwise without this writing, normal tankbots do not battle.

The product code 1890 indicates you have a battle mode tankbot. This code is correct.
